Jackfruit Breakfast Smoothie Bowl | Healthy Snack Recipes

If you thought Jackfruit was only for tacos, burritos and curries - well think again.

Jackfruit has a uniquely delicate sweet flavour (almost the lovechild of a fruitier mango & banana plus throw in a little honeycomb too...) Not only do our chips make for a great snack straight out of the bag. They add an amazing crunchy texture to smoothie & breakfast bowls.

 

Jackfruit chip smoothie bowl Ingredients:

- Frozen Mango, strawberries, raspberries & Soul Fruit Dragon Fruit Chips

- Oat milk

- Crunchy Peanut butter

Blend until smooth

Top with:

- Soul Fruit Jackfruit Chips (to give a crave-able satisfying crunch)

- Granola, Coconut &fruit of choice (we used frozen raspberries)
